Hi all, this is my first post, and the first time I will be selling a house. The house is curently tennanted, and I will be giving the tennants notice and trying to sell the house in Jan next year. I need to do some painting and replace some carpet to freshen up the house (which is in the $570 - 620 k price range). I'm wondering if it would be worth hiring some furniture to pop into the house for open houses and the auction, or would it be fine to market it empty? It might be a bit cold empty, has floorboards in much of the house and quite high ceilings. On the plus size it will probably make the house look quite spacious. Interested to hear what people have to say about this, and if anyone knows of a company in Melbourne who does this.

Thanks
