hey all, anyone know how to guarantee a set sale price with an agent for my home? I know there is a jenman form but i find it too tedious, interestingly i came across realestatesavings. com. au on Domain .com but it looks only new but looks like the answer.
Any feedback, ideas, suggestions?
thanks

I like the idea but it has it negatives in some big ways.
The biggest being an agent is going to come in at an easy price they now they can obtain for a property as they want to be paid.
This being said means the vendor is likely to get less for the property.
But then it's possible you will have agents claiming they can obtain that little bit more for the property.
Agents often work together and know what can be obtained for a property so I doubt there will be any gain for the vendor in most cases.

An interesting idea with positives and negatives.
Looking forward to hearing some feed back.

If I read the right content, you need to pay them $ 99 for their "service". you can probably get the same done for free by having a discussion with some of your local Reas and tell them what you ... they would be able to insert a provision on the same line of their listing agreement if you can get them to agree on a set of 'no sale-Fee'.
