How To Erect a Fence?

I'm considering having a go at erecting my own paling fence.
I have approx a 40 mt side that I want to erect an 1800mm high treated pine fence.
I've given mates a hand in the past but actually did not take to much notice as I have realized now when it comes to my own fence.

I'd love some tips on erecting a paling fence, post size, timber ordering, concrete mix , nail size any thing?

I'm no expert Mick but I can tell you make sure you use Galvanized nails unlike me who learnt the hard way.
The acids/treatment in the timber eat standard nails away in just a year or two.
