Sellers market is it over?

Some are suggesting to wait and buy later some are saying buy now?
The market seems to have gone quite , auctions are down , people waiting to hear on interest rate out comes.
Any thoughts on this?

Some areas are still increasing but for how much longer is the question?:

It will depend on the rates to a large degree, and also the Lenders. They are withdrawing some products and making it harder for everyone to qualify for finance, so expect less buyers around in the near future.

This rate rise has really slowed things up, while others are waiting to see what happens this month.
I was talking to an real estate agent last week and he said the time of selling a house almost as soon as it came on the market is very over now!

I think that It will be very good news for the real estate agent. I want to say that The market will be not close as well. I have made many surveyed then I have noticed that The auction of the house will be come back as soon as far.
